Abby Goldschmid

Kinesiologist
Abby completed her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Acadia University where she specialized in the prevention and rehabilitation of athletic injuries as well as recreation programming for individuals with disabilities.
She completed a two-year practicum placement with the varsity women’s basketball team working under Acadia’s head athletic therapists.
In addition, Abby achieved her personal training certification through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology.
She enjoys using her vast experience in fitness and rehabilitation to assist and promote people in achieving healthy lifestyles, conquer fitness goals, rehabilitate and prevent injuries. She has been involved in many sports throughout her life including basketball, track, dance, and show jumping.
Abby lives an active lifestyle and can often be found rock climbing, hiking, horseback riding, or playing music.
