Christian Lapierre – BSc. , CSEP-CEP, R. Kin
Christian graduated from the University of Ottawa in 2013 with a BSc. in Human Kinetics.
He specializes in performing biomechanical movement assessments and prescribing exercise programs for the purpose of active rehabilitation for populations with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions such as low back pain, whiplash, and knee/hip injuries.
Christian has experience working in geriatric rehabilitation and has helped many senior residents regain mobility, balance, and improve their quality of life through personalized exercise programs. He also worked in creating group exercise programs for a variety of special populations suffering from chronic illnesses such as diabetes, Parkinson’s, and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases (COPD).
Christian is very passionate about helping individuals of all ages to achieve their fitness and rehabilitation goals while preventing the risk of future injuries.
During his free time, Christian plays a variety of sports such as hockey, volleyball, and tennis and also loves the outdoors as he enjoys camping, hiking, fishing and hunting.
Christian is fluently bilingual and offers services in both English and French.
