2011 is winding down and the holiday season is ramping up. Over the next month or so, many of us will be doing a whole lot of shopping, eating, organizing and visiting amidst the lights and fake snow of a busy holiday season on the West Coast. It’s a great time of year and we love it.

At Synergy we also understand that despite the good cheer and fun times, the holiday season can present interesting challenges to our clients. Stress, for example, is a big consideration for many people during this time. Maintaining diet plans and keeping on track with our fitness goals are also often struggles (hey, it’s not always easy to talk yourself into a workout when everyone around you is eating bonbons for breakfast!)

Of course we’d never suggest you avoid all the indulgences that come with the holidays; for us, part of being active and healthy means being able to take part in the fun. We simply want to acknowledge that getting through the season without losing your fitness, health and wellness momentum, and with as little stress as possible, takes a little extra effort.

So, with all this in mind, we’re including a few important tips and reminders in this newsletter that can help make this the best season of your life – there’s no reason you can’t be fit and full!

The holidays are what you make them. We’re here to help.
