Chris’ treatment philosophy is to empower patients to confidently self-manage their injuries through the primary use of manual therapy, education, and movement optimization through exercise prescription. Treatment sessions are guided by the use of evidence-based practice and the biopsychosocial model of pain.
As a physical therapist, he has had experience treating various patient populations ranging from post-surgical rehabilitation, neck and low back pain, motor vehicle accidents, chronic pain, as well as elite athletes of all ages. No matter your injury, Chris is always willing to help develop a rehabilitation plan to get you back to your goals and keep you at your best functional capacity!
Outside of the clinic, Chris’ athletic interests include volleyball, snowboarding, mixed martial arts, rugby and golf. He also enjoys being in the great outdoors and going fishing, camping, and hiking.
