Chris graduated with his Masters of Physical Therapy and also holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree with a specialty in Health Sciences, both from the University of British Columbia. He is currently pursuing his Diploma of Advance Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy and has completed the level 1 component. Chris’ treatment philosophy is to empower patients to confidently self-manage their injuries through the primary use of manual therapy, education, and movement optimization through exercise prescription. Treatment sessions are guided by the use of evidence-based practice and the biopsychosocial model of pain. As a physical therapist, he has had experience treating various patient populations ranging from post-surgical rehabilitation, neck and low back pain, motor vehicle accidents, chronic pain, as well as elite athletes of all ages. No matter your injury, Chris is always willing to help develop a rehabilitation plan to get you back to your goals and keep you at your best functional capacity!
