Nicole has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Victoria and a Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia. She is currently undergoing her training in Advanced Orthopedic Manual Therapy through the Physiotherapy Association’s Orthopedic Division.
As a Kinesiologist and Registered Physiotherapist she is trained in movement analysis and the biomechanics of the human body. Nicole works with her clients to diagnose, treat and implement prevention for various types of movement dysfunctions. Her treatment approach incorporates a balance of manual therapy, specific exercise-based programs and client education with the goal of decreasing pain and optimizing function. She has a specific interest in core strengthening and stabilization.
