Small Group Bootcamp/Conditioning:  A maximum 0f ppl per class to ensure your maximum attention and benefits! During our bootcamp and conditioning classes we will concentrate on bodyweight conditioning to tone and strengthen your muscles, cardiovascular endurance to maintain a healthy heart, resistance training to increase power and encourage lean muscle growth and interval training to boost your metabolism and burn fat for up to 5 hours after the class plus other unique drills and exercises that make each class fun and exciting! Any fitness level can attend these classes as you work at your own intensity or pace.
