“I’d always liked to lose weight but it was my smaller consideration that I really wanted to get more fit and have more energy. I wasn’t really doing it very well on my own.
It made it easy, to get up in the morning and get here because there’s lots of variety, you make it really interesting. We work with mats, we work with barbells and dumbbells and skipping ropes. and a different variety every time. I feel like my body is just more tightly knitted together and a lot stronger and I’m hoping to keep going and prove that. I think Dave absolutely the best trainer in the world! I work for the BC government at a desk job. I was really tired, on the couch a lot and just not getting enough stretching and working out, so definitely needed to do something and this came up on an email I got because we used to go to synergy, so ya and it’s been really great.
Just to get in shape feel better mentally, physically, lose weight, the whole thing. I’m feeling good, it’s a Good way to start the day, seven o’ clock in the morning! Dave is awesome! The instructor is great. He’s open to suggestions, I just like all the different techniques that he uses and stuff. It’s really awesome. The weights, the exercises everything. I feel I’m overweight and I had little energy and no motivation and just tired and blah. I wanted to do something and I didn’t know what it was. I knew I had to do something and then I saw this on Facebook and it was really good timing and a good price and I signed up the day before it started. The other participants are very welcoming. Dave was like a gentle drill sergeant instead of a hard core mean one.
