Learn to bootcamp is created for those who would like to enjoy the fresh Victoria air, while learning the motions required for basic exercise. This class is designed to imitate a personal training session with a smaller enrollment so individual attention can be paid to form and function. Taught by Certified Strength and Condition Specialists, this ‘bootcamp’ can be a prep for those who feel that they may be too old, too weak or too lost to enjoy a bootcamp. Guess what? … You’re not!
