I’m Christie and it’s lovely to meet you. I am an Occupational Therapist with a Master of Occupational Therapy from Queen’s University, with a Bachelor’s in Cognitive Science from University of Toronto. I have experience working with first responders providing support through CBT, DBT, and exposure therapy, helping clients manage daily challenges and as they return to meaningful activities. I’m passionate about working with veterans and supporting their mental health, recovery, and well-being through a functional and trauma-informed approach.
