Sarah Eliason
Occupational Therapist
Sarah completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology at Mount Royal University, followed by a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy at the University of Alberta, graduating in October 2023.
She began her professional practice in the Post-Concussion Management Program and now works with Synergy Health remotely after relocating to the East Kootenay region. Her current caseload primarily consists of LTD and PCVRS clients. Sarah is committed to providing holistic, client-centered care and is passionate about supporting individuals in returning to meaningful daily activities.
