Andy is a Registered Massage Therapist and a Registered Acupuncturist in BC. He uses Traditional Acupuncture, Massage Therapy and lifestyle consultation to help patients relieve pain and suffering, and maintain good health.
Andy became interested in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) 15 years ago. In 2011, he
completed the Training Course of Acupuncture and Massage at Beijing University of Chinese
Medicine. Andy then studied under a number of experienced TCM doctors to observe and learn
from their expertise, further enhancing his clinical experience and understanding of TCM. Andy
was awarded the Occupational Qualification Certificate of Health Care Massage Therapist in
China in 2013.
Andy then studied Acupuncture at the Oshio College of Acupuncture & Herbology
in Victoria and became a Registered Acupuncturist in B.C. In order to excel at being a manual
therapist, Andy enrolled in the Massage Therapy program at West Coast College of Massage
Therapy in 2019. Andy found great value in combining TCM and Western Massage in his practice
and focuses on the treatment of:
Musculoskeletal Injuries, such as Contusions, Strains and Sprains, Neck Pain, Back Pain,
Wrist Pain, Knee Pain and Ankle Pain.
Overuse Injuries, such as Plantar Fasciitis, Periostitis and Compartment Syndromes,
Tendinitis, Bursitis, Frozen Shoulder and Tendon Sheath Cyst.
Joint Dysfunction, such as Osteoarthritis, Hypermobility and Hypomobility.

Conditions of the Peripheral Nervous System, such as Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, Carpal
Tunnel Syndrome, Piriformis Syndrome and Sciatic Nerve Lesions.

Emotion Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Fatigue, and Insomnia.
