Kirsten holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Victoria and a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of British Columbia. She has supported countless individuals recovering from a wide range of physical, cognitive, and mental health injuries and has specific expertise treating complex PTSD and chronic conditions like long-COVID and persistent pain. She has a special passion for helping people maintain good health and function through wellness promotion and preventative avenues whenever possible. Kirsten’s approach to client care can be described as collaborative, holistic, and individualized. She believes that health is true wealth and strives to empower people with the necessary tools to adapt, grow, and thrive.

Outside of work, Kirsten enjoys staying active through weight training, trail running, mountain biking, snowboarding and spending time with her dog in nature.occu
