Nicole is a highly trained healthcare professional with comprehensive postgraduate education in the specialized field of pelvic health. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Master of Physical Therapy and has completed advanced training in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy.

In addition to her extensive knowledge of movement analysis and biomechanics, Nicole works with clients to diagnose and treat and wide range of conditions. Included in those are conditions impacting the pelvic region, including pelvic pain, incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and pelvic girdle dysfunction.

Nicole’s treatment approach is client centered and incorporates a combination of manual therapy, exercise-based programs, client education and Gunn IMS treatment. She works closely with her clients to develop customized treatment plans that address their specific needs and goals and strives to optimize function and decrease pain. Nicole is compassionately committed to providing the highest level of care to her clients and helping them achieve optimal health and wellness.

When she’s not in the clinic, Nicole enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. Biking, camping, and exploring the beaches of Vancouver Island are some of their favourite activities. With and active little boy who keeps her on her toes, Nicole is always up for life’s adventures. And when she does manage to steal some personal time, you can find her indulging in her favourite actives: running or dancing!
